Shopping Spree

The vibes of this outfit are both: dressing up alone at home for no reason and also going
out for a shopping spree to buy expensive stuff with no regrets.

I love this coat so much even though I haven't worn it in a while, the lenght is incredible
to work with and I love the touch of gold on the zipper.

This outfit is casual but it still looks put together, I've kept the accessories quite simple,
golden medium earrings and a cute black and beige bag.

Twinset

What a perfect pairing for Summer today from Claudentia with the sweetest twinset^ I really had low expectations for this set seeing it in the shop, and no one's really given it much chance so far, but it looks awesome here. The clothing additions are great, the trim to the skirting and the lace bralette straps at the neckline. The accessories are beautifully dainty, perfect choices with the pearls of the necklace, the cute blue gloves, strappy sandals and this adorable floral bag - it's been beautifully created, love the combination and it would work well with so many looks!

Tee Time

It probably would have been easier to style this fabulous LE fringe skirt in an evening look, but I don't like styling things the way they're 'supposed to be' styled. It makes simplicity very difficult...

I've gone for something more rock'n'roll, mostly because I think more alternative fashions get away with evening glamour played casual. 

I also like the casual t shirt paired with the unevenness of the fringe tiers in the skirt, a little like she might have hacked at it herself. 

I've layered a shirt under the t shirt for no perceivable reason other than it's a thing I do and I've thrown in an irreverent bag for a touch of self aware humour.

Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Pants | Styled By You / / Styled By Me

This outfit from Andre1396 finally gave me the perfect reason to style up the Runway Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Pants - they're such a cool piece, and a total twist to traditional leather trousers by being in a Spring-like lilac!
I was struck by how cool and creative Andre1396's look was with these trousers. The white base is perfect for the colour to pop, but it's all about the multicoloured 'top' layered on top, doesn't it look amazing?! I am majorly jealous of people who work this trend so well, because it makes such a fantastic look. The colours in this piece are a little muted, and there is a lilac included so perfect for the trousers. The accessories are great, I love the downsizing of this bag, it looks perfect in this tiny size and pops with the trousers, and the round glasses are perfect too^
For my look I tried out many all-lilac stylings, and I liked them all, but nothing was too special, I really needed to pull out all the stops based on my inspiration! So I tried out some funky pieces and ended up digging pretty deep in my wardrobe to come up with this very plastic-y styling^ This is one of those coats that no one ever wears because it's really not an easy one to style, but for once I think it works out well in this styling! I chose a basic black top combination and matching chunky boots for a simple pairing. Love my sunglass combination, not sure it needed 3 pairs to make, but I like the outcome =D

Blushing blazer

Super cute and stylish blazer-wear today from Jacquemus, I'm all for the feminine glamour to a masculine shaping! The blazer is great in design and colour, I like the square shoulders paired with the feminine touches, like a mini skirt and the beautiful tulle scarf and the long sheer sleeve details. The legs are looking super long and these sheeny pink stilettos are for sure one of my seasons favourites =) The Dior bag is a great touch, as are the pearl earrings with the minimal yet effective beauty styling^

C R E A M of the crop | Styled Outfits

I ended up topping up my VOILE collection quite a lot in the sale last week - I already had a couple of pieces and bought quite a few more with the great price reduction! As cream/beige tones are seeming very popular in current trends I decided to style up all of these pieces for some fun non-boring beige stylings^

First up the Super High Waisted Bridal Couture Pants, paired with a matching blouse where the detail is all in the sleeves. I kept it super minimal with just silver accessories, I wasn't sure of the silver at first, but I think it looks good! Secondly the Elie Saab Inspired Pants, choosing a basic base with matching blouse and heels and being splashy in the additions. I love the blouse and trouser combination, I will for sure wear this again. The yellow really pops and looks great, but you could do any bold colour with a look like this^ And finally in this set, the Chanel Couture Inspired Coat Dress, again a super simple look, I didn't add any further clothing pieces, just accessories, choosing brown as I love this belt with the coat and these accessories are perfectly fitting - I'm totally stoked about these Gucci sunglasses I recently bought in the Bazaar =)

And next for the dresses, on the left is the Valentino Inspired Deep V Gown, which is a stunning maxi piece although I've resized it to let shoes be shown off. I've quite dressed it down in this styling, but I love it paired with this coat, I think it's the open shade that makes it work well. The golden accessories also pair well with the Cute Lace Classic Handbag too =) And finally the Spaghetti Strap Simple Bridal Dress which really looks like a simple midi piece with this closed jacket, but still glamorous with the Chanel vibes. I love these boots with the dress, both the colour and style work greatly, and I think the jacket is a cute combination. The glasses are also pretty sweet with a blue tine to the lens which matches threads in the jacket^
