Clearly the colour combination of the season - more brown and bronze, this time from Claudentia, and it's another look that I love! These trousers have yet another amazing styling, I really will get around to focusing on them soon^ They look awesome with the bronze of the boots but also the dark brown of the bag, it's a fantastic accessory inclusion. The checkered cropped blazer is also fab, it's a piece I hadn't really thought about before but it looks awesome here - the checks are great with the chain of the bag and the print design on the furry jacket, really a great pairing^

L E B A Z A A R 3 | Styled Outfits
Back in 2022 I made a number of LE purchases from the StarBazaar and this month I've found myself spending more time deep-searching the Bazaar for great LE bargains and have picked up quite a few pieces along the way! So here are some stylings of what I've bought this month:
First up are the clothing pieces. This is the Pale Colorblock Tshirt Dress (LE6) which I did buy on a bit of a whim, but it's a really sweet piece - I did try for a more Wintery styling, but this is definitely a piece for Spring/Sumer! I knew I wanted to stick with the grey and pink colour scheme, I do think this outfit works, but I think it's not quite perfect yet. I love the coat with the dress but it does feel a bit bulky and covers a lot of the design. The boots are super cute, but not a perfect match for the pink, on the other hand the bag is a great fit for the pink of the dress, I really love that pairing^ I'm for sure open to opinions on how else I can wear this dress! Then I also got the V Red Skirt (LE45) which I think must have sold out at the release before I was able to get it because this is such a beautiful piece! This was super easy to style, I have red on my mind right now, so this was fast to put together. I really loved the skirt with the furry stole which was the central focus for the styling. I kept the rest of the look simple with white pieces and I'm so pleased with my finishing touch of this Chanel bag, it really stands out and I think this is a great outfit for it =)
Now onto a couple of bags. Here is the Burgundy Chain Handbag (LE22) which I hadn't remembered ever seeing before I found it in the Bazaar and I'm so pleased that I did, because it looks great! I love burgundy so this is great to add to my collection. I found this easy to style, and actually made a few looks to choose from. I love it so much with these burgundy trousers and the co-ord is super cute. Adding pink to the look is something a little fun, it won't be a colour combination for everyone but I think it's cute and this polo makes for a perfect Winter way to wear the vest. And then is the Tassled Bucket Bag (LE7) which was something I could never have imagined finding in the Bazaar. It was a super popular piece back in the time surrounding the release of the collection, and I think with it coming out so long ago it's now a piece that people are no longer so familiar with. I'm so pleased to have this and I loved styling it! I had a few ideas for it, but was really liking it paired with velvet, I think it's perfect with these trousers^ I kept the rest of the look super simple with just a few gold touches, I love it =D
Finally - shoes! The first pair are the Blue Strapy Sandals (LE40) which weren't a shoe that I'd really thought about until I saw them at a good price, but I adored styling them so I'm so glad I had the chance to^ The blue colour is a lovely one, it's a nice inbetween to navy or baby blue. I found quite a few clothing options that looked good with the shoes, but nothing beat this dress, I love it! The dress has a black belt attached, I added a different one ontop but kept it black and used that in my added accessories - blue and black doesn't always work, but here I just it looks great. Next are the Gold Toed Matelasse Boots (LE20), and I couldn't quite work out what colour the body of these boots is, it looks a bit green especially against the black, but I can't quite be sure. Anyway, I knew I wanted to include a fair amount of gold with the boots, and I like this dress styled as a skirt, along with opting for gold accessories. Then I used a lot of black, I really liked this Chanel sweater with the boots. Next time I'm trying green with these though! And the final piece are matching to the previous, the Denim Matelasse Boots (LE20), which I bought after thinking they might be fun to style alongside the previous ones. These were quite difficult to style, mostly in that I have almost no pieces that are identical to this shade of blue - I do think the colour quilted with the black toes looks great though. Luckily I found this fabulous feathered piece that is a perfect colour-match with the boots, and from that the outfit was easy to compile. I really like this as something a little more exotic for me!

2017 / / T R I B U T E S R E V I S I T E D
W I N T E R 2 0 1 7
It's been a little while since I've done a Tributes Revisited - here we are taking a look back to the Winter 2017 season! This season had 6 releases and I have to say that it was a super strong season - these were Saint Laurent, Versace, Dior, Fendi, Tributes Gallery and Off-White. Many of the pieces from these collections are ones that I find myself still reaching for regularly and ones that I see many others still styling too. The vibes of these releases are definitely ones I'm wanting back in the Plaza!
S A I N T L A U R E N T
This Saint Laurent release was such a stunning and memorable one, and there are some super fun pieces that I think are still popular all these years after the release. For me the mix of black and white pieces is fabulous, and they're great classic staples that will work well in a number of ways - I found it super fun styling some of these up again^ The Gold Speckled Blouse has always been a piece that I want to love wearing but I've struggled with it over the years, so I'm super pleased to have styled it here in a way that I really love for it, I'm really feeling inspired to style it again already. The Fuschia Puff Silk Puff Blouse is one that really pops in the store and I think I'm on the lookout for in the Bazaar =D *PS these pieces are available in the Archive store currently*
D I O R
I'm a huge huge huge fan of Dior, so of course I loved this release and bought so many pieces from it! I just find the release such a classic and memorable one with some of my absolute favourite pieces in it - the Dior Inspired Front Pleat Pants, the Dior Inspired Acetate Aviators and the Dior Inspired Tuxedo Blouse to be exact. I see many of the pieces from this release still styled regularly and the styles really are still very current. I love the RL collection that this release is based on, and would still happily accept more pieces from this collection in the Plaza today - I still have so many ideas for it =)
And we also have a feature to include - Jesica_1998 recently styled up the Dior Inspired Tuille Skirt in this very cool and current rock-chick street styling. The skirt layers beautifully and with the choices in this outfit, the print on the tulle really stands out nicely. The pop of yellow against the black is fab, and I love the texture contrast between the skirt and the harsher leather of the boots and jacket - I really love this look^
F E N D I
The Fendi release this season was also a memorable one, although screams Spring/Summer to me rather than Autumn/Winter! I really love the colours of this one, the earthy greens and browns look great along with the light fabrics throughout. I really enjoyed revisiting these pieces to style as I had a completely refreshed perspective on them - the ones I picked were easy to work with and really make me excited to style up the rest of the pieces I have from this release. These are pieces I definitely see styled less than the Saint Laurent or the Dior, but I really hope they can have a bit of a comeback^

Brown and bronzed
A perfect warm and glamorous Winter styling to share today from DieForDior - pairing some of my old and new favourites together, so great =) I'm glad to see someone else styling up this coat, and this look highlights that the piece has versatility, it looks awesome with this glitzy body and these sweet tulle skirt layers, the orange tones are perfect complements to the tones in the fur. The accessories area also great, this is a perfect way to wear these bronze shoes and I adore the choker necklace. There are definitely vintage glam vibes in this one and it's fab^

H O L I D A Y C A L E N D A R | Styled By You / / Styled By Me
December wouldn't be complete on Stardoll without the Holiday Calendar! This year is a mix of clothing and decor pieces - as usual, the decor items aren't so much my thing, but luckily the clothing pieces are a reasonably good offering for us to choose from. On the 22nd the previous days were all unlocked so that Royalty members could go back and pick up the pieces that they'd missed which is a fun little perk. First up features, and here we have millaxx wearing the 6th - Fuzzy Sweater which was a piece I didn't really think anything of at first until I saw this look and was just so impressed by it! The pinks in the pattern really pop with the pink additions of this fringed skirting and the adorable little bag, I think the bag is just so perfect with this piece and the combination is really what sold it to me. The look isn't all out pink, and a base of a white shirt and the beige boots are great to complete the styling. I also love the delicate gold earrings, just a perfect pairing with the bag too^
Next is sarah_1980 styling up the 14th - Tweed Jumpsuit and 14th - Wide Belt which definitely seem to be popular pieces from this calendar! The pieces have been styled creatively here, using the jumpsuit more as a pair of trousers and the belt as a top, it works out so well^ I think this oversized blazer is amazing with the trousers, the colours are a perfect match and the styles are just made for each other. The accessorising is great too, I especially love the light brown platforms here, and also this bag choice, the darker brown tones really pop nicely while working well with the checks on the bottom of the look!
For my looks I decided to style up the shoes on offer. First are the 18th - Quilted Boots which are a bargain in SCs and I found a fun pair of boots to style, I certainly don't have anything else similar! I found them quite versatile when I was trying on clothes with them, they worked well with a range of styles, and being black will work with many colours. For this look I ended up picking this dress because of the texture, but the shorter length lets all of the length of the boots stand out. It was super easy to make a Winter styling as the dress layers well with a poloneck. I loved accessorising this outfit, this glittery bag is perfect for the festive party season^ And then I also styled the 4th - Velour Bow Heels, which I've really not seen anyone else wear but I think they're pretty cute, who doesn't need a gold bow heel?! Anyway, I loved styling these as I really like wearing gold, the black and gold combination is a classic and works every time. I picked black clothing and then a smarter blouse which works nicely, then completed with more gold accessories - I had been unsure about keeping this bag recently, but I think the shade of gold and the more matte effect works nicely with these shoes =)

Grand in grey
I feel like grey is making a bit of a comeback, and this look from Elrry is ticking all the boxes! The layering in this outfit is stunning and so creative - the pieces just all come together perfectly, in fact I hadn't even realised the hem was three different skirts, I really thought they belonged to the lip-printed pleated piece^ I love the tulle wrapping over the top, the horizontal wrap contasts the vertical pleating very nicely. And the shades are all perfect together, they pull your eyes in all directions so you really see every detail in the outfit =)

Red Tight Stylings
I have been seeing looks with pops of red and looks with red tights all over the place lately - mostly on very cool French girls, I decided it was time to try these out for myself on my doll^ We don't have any red tights in the Plaza, but we have a pair of tights in StarDesign, so I made a red pair - at 4SD, it's not too much of a cost-commitment. I found these super fun to style, and I honestly could have come up with another 3 or 6 looks to also include here because they were surprisingly versatile! For the first look I knew I wanted it to be all red and white, this is a combination I've seen a lot on Instagram - I'm super pleased about using this fun skirt, the different lengths are great for the tights. Choosing other white pieces was very easy, I really love the skirt and blazer combination a lot. I also was surprised by how well the white shoes worked with the tights, this was one of my worries before styling, but they look great. I completed the look with a red bag which I think gives the perfect balance for the colours. In the second look I went all out with the colours, I just loved how the checkered pink and red print looked with the tights, I couldn't resist^ The blazer and skirt would also look great separately with the tights so I'm definitely going to try that out. Accessorising was also fun mixing the reds and pink - these heels are super cute with the tights. And for the final look I tried out culottes, which I'm really happy with, the length of these are perfect to still show off plenty of the tights. I balanced the red with this sweater, but definitely kept this a more muted look overall (although can you really be muted with any red?!). I'm really loving this blazer with the culottes, so that's also a pairing I'll wear again. I think this bag is a great piece for this look really combining an equal amount of red and black.
What do you think of red tights - anyone else going to give this a go? Let me know in comments!

Elegant jewel
I just thought this styling from harpie was stunning - what elegance in holiday jewel tones! This deep green tone is beautiful and rich, it draws you in and certainly catches your attention, especially with all of these stunning accessory additions too. I love the gloves and the detailed bangles, plus the belt is fantastic! I'm also a huge fan of these red heels^ The furry stole looks awesome, and you can see even more fabulousness in the sparkling choker just at the neckline - it's all just great =D

R O Y A L T Y | Styled Outfits
I have to say, the Autumn Royalty release was such a stunning one - wow does it impress me! These pieces are full of glamour, and this would have made for a great festive release. I love the dark tones in the store and I love that there are more than just black with the burgundy and emerald in there too. Plus glitter and sparkle, I love that a lot =D
I've picked up a few pieces so far and there's a couple of pieces that I might go back for as well. First up are the Satin Crystal Purse and Pocketand Buckles Cowboy Boots together, and these pieces are super versatile so both will work well in separate outfits too. I really love the wide leg design of these boots (it's a little hidden in the store), and so I wanted to try out a culotte with them, I do think it works and I like the outcome, but the trousers do cover one of the design elements, so I have more work to do with styling these! I kept with a simple style, and added this fun leopard silver top to work with the bag, I really like that combination and would definitely wear again. Next are the Crystal Iris Thigh High Boots and LV Hand Purse and again, these are pieces that work well separately too, especially the bag. I found these boots harder to style than I had anticipated, they have such a beautiful design that I really wanted to make sure it was on show, which was tricky for a Winter styling! I do love this dress with the boots though, I think the colour and design is complementary to them - I'm just not sure on the rest of my choices with the look, but something to work on next time. And the final styling includes the Black Leather Coat which I think is one of the best pieces of the release, it's just quite fabulous^ I picked out quite a number of pairs of trousers and they all ended up looking great with this piece, so I can see it having a few more outfits this season. I love the sheen it has and I think it looks blue in that so chose blue for the trousers. I kept the clothing underneath simple to let the coat, and then the added accessories, shine! I love these sparkly boots and the bag with it a lot =D

A U T U M N S U B C O U T U R E | Styled Bags
Ok, so we've had a Winter Subcouture release and I'm still only now getting around to posting about the Autumn release! But much like our recent drop, this one didn't really impress me or leave me feeling inspired about styling. Hopefully that can change with future releases though.
I did end up picking up two accessory pieces from the store and these I'm actually super happy with and I enjoyed styling them. First is the Round Purse which is a super cute spherical bag in silver and red, and I love this colour combination for the Autumn/Winter season. I love wearing red right now so I found this easy to style and picked a detailed top then simple white trousers which really do let the bag stand out in the styling. I kept the accessories simple but I think these earrings are so sweet and I should wear them more often^ And then is the Silver Purse which is also a very nice piece, I like the small size and the hanging chains on it. I wanted a darker look for this one and am super pleased with the black and silver styling I came up with. I love it with these boots and then I kept the clothing a little more simple which really highlights those brighter pieces. It's simple but so effective for that colour and I can see this being a look I would definitely repeat!

Shoulder style
A bold look to share today coming to you from leiona_- and I just love the power vibes to this outfit! Pairing the contrasting tones together looks great and I think that really helps to highlight the design features on the skirt like the studded straps and the high split, the tights darkening the leg also works well there. The top has a great designer, those shoulders are fab and I love the gold detailing on it which works well with the added gold accessories, I love both the smart bag and the one-earring option =)

A N T I D O T E | Styled Outfits
Our Autumnal Antidote release brought us three new floors to the store with quite a number of looks and pieces to choose from - as with the other Antidote releases of late, the style of this one isn't so much my thing, but there were a couple of nice individual pieces in the release and I was very kindly gifted a few items by a friend as I was late to the release with this one!
I have a couple more items still to style which I'm sure will be included in posts soon, but three to start with. First up is the Mesh Top, which I'll admit that I was a little daunted by at first because the colour combination is more unusual and I know from experience I don't do well with grey! But I'm so pleased with how this look turned out, I really love it^ This skirt was a great fit for the colours of the top and really gave me good inspiration for accessories, the burgundy pieces are perfect with the top and I think this makes for a lovely Autumnal themed look! Next are the Crystal Elf Earrings and Crystal Embroidered Heels which are really very perfect together and I just had to continue the sparkle theme with the rest of the look by wearing this silver jacket, I love it =D I kept the rest of the clothes simple and I think that was perfect to let those accessories shine. The shoes seem very versatile so I'm sure will pop up in a number of looks, especially over the festive season. And finally the Neon Angled Heels which are super cute, I really like the neon green colouring. The design is also simple which I like for a shoe in a bold colour. Again, a super simple look with a focus on neon green for the accessories, and I think it works really nicely to highlight the shoes. The crop to the length of the trousers is just right for the whole shoe to be shown off, plus I love that I have the perfect shoe to style with this green fuzzy bag!

Blue and beige
Of course with a beige-focused look, my eyes lit up right away being a beige-girl at heart - this styling by Afrodit is just fab^ I love the combination of pieces, especially the cropped jacket with this bustier knit piece, the beige trim along the top is a perfect colour match for the jacket, really the two pieces look like they were made for each other and those blue tones on the bustier are just beautiful with the beige, plus the further addition of the blue bag is really a perfect touch =) The gold accessories are also lovely, I really like the layering of the necklaces!

B I Z O U | Styled Outfits
The Autumn Bizou release obviously came out a while ago, but I picked up a couple of pieces that I was very keen to still style up - these are definitely more suited to the Spring/Summer season though! First are the Brown Leather Square Heels which I think are just great, the square toe is a stunning feature and really stands out, I can see these being a popular choice. I decided to go for a white base to the clothing to let the brown pop and chose simple matching brown accessories to complete the styling. Super simple but I think effective for these shoes^ Next is the Black Satin Top which I tried to style in a little something Wintery, I think there's some success with that! It's a super simple piece, so is versatile and I think is perfect for something like these glittery trousers. I made sure the top could shine by opting for the handheld jacket, and chose simple yet stylish accessories to finish the look - I really love the combination of these shoes and the bag. And the final piece is the Dark Blue Twisted Shirt which is super sleek. I did struggle a little with this one as I didn't have a direction in mind when I started, but I think the outcome is a cute look. I balanced the set of stylings out by going for white trousers and then added navy accessories - I think the Fendi bag is a great piece to pair with this shirt so I'll definitely go with that again! I think how I'd love to see this shirt is with a high-waisted navy midi skirt maybe, I think that would be very nice, so maybe I'll find one for next time!

Babe in brown
It has been a time since a standard classic Feature post, in fact the last was in April 2022 - lets get those back on the blog^^^
I just thought that Sorenita looked great in this brown ensemble and absolutely perfect for the Winter season! I'm a big fan of these brown leather trousers already and think they look stunning with the other brown additions, especially these platform boots, they look fab and are spot on trend^ The brown furry coat is cute and works well at a cropped length with the trousers - I'm having some regrets now about not getting it of course XD

OOTM Autumn/Winter 2023 | Styled Outfits
Every month over the Autumn and Winter we've still been having releases of 'Outfit Of The Month' - I found these started to get a bit same-y so I didn't really have much to post about at the time, but I've gathered up the accessory pieces I did pick up and styled them together. First up is the Velvet Crystal Heart Bag which is such a sweet pink and burgundy heart bag with gold and pearl details, a lot of my favourites in one! For me this was super easy to style, I have a lot of burgundy and pink pieces to choose from, in particular I really loved this pink coat because it's got detailed gold buttons that work really nicely with the details on the bag. It's such a cute piece that I can see it getting a lot of wear, especially for Valentine's Day looks. Next is the new-for-December Dior Bag, we all know I'm a bit Dior fan so I had to get this one^ I really like that it's in a dark brown colour, it works well with my favourite beige haha! I also found this easy to style in this smart-casual look. I really like the little gold detail on the bag as I could continue this in the rest of the accessories. I already can think of a few other outfit options for this piece, but I'm also excited to see how others style it too, I think it could be an interesting one. And finally are the Metal Tipped Leather Pumps and Sol Le Studio Earrings - I particularly love a toe-capped shoe and the silver is perfect for festive stylings^ The silver also matches well with the earrings and I continued the silver theme in the trousers, these are fab with the shoes. I kept the rest of the look relatively simple and it's an effective way to let the silver really shine in the styling =D

S U B C O U T U R E | Styled By You / / Styled By Me
It's Subcouture weekend again! This weekend we have time to decide which of the latest limited pieces we want - I was quite excited for this release as I didn't so much love the last one, so let's get in and see what we have on offer this time:
So for me this collection, much like the last one, didn't really hit the mark. There's not a range of styles, and a number of the other stores have had a similar style in the last few months - for me this would have been perfect for a Winter release of some great layering pieces, and it's the same street-style and type of style pieces we've had a number of times. While I've picked up two pieces and styled them below, I find this one a little disappointing sadly - would love to hear your thoughts too!
Anyway, I did find a couple of features to share too. First up is tete who styles the Silver Top in a look that I think works perfectly for it. This is a piece I thought could work with layering, but this outfit highlights that it looks great without. The trousers are sleek, but I particularly love the accessory additions, the gloves with their jewels are just fantastic^ And the silver pointed shoes complete the look nicely.
And then we have DIORian wearing the One Sleeve Top which I think looks really great in this outfit, and I like that it works well with pieces that weren't from the same collection. The colour of the top looks great with the wash of the denim on the skirt, and it layers really well with the accessory pieces, especially the cross 'top'. I really like this, it doesn't make me want to buy the piece, but I appreciate that this outfit looks fantastic!
Now for my looks. The first is with the Brown Furry Coat which is definitely one of the most versatile pieces from the release and I can see it working well for many styles and dolls. I opted for beige tones with these trousers and found the look easy to accessorise with brown pieces, I really love these boots with the coat and also this crossbody bag. This was an easy piece to style, so I can see that I'll wear it again a few times this Winter season. Then I also picked up the Black Leather Pants which I thought looked good on my doll and were very flattering. These were also easy to style, they're something a bit different for me, so I don't think I'll wear these often, but they might be handy to have around. I liked silver with them and opted for that with almost all of my additions to them for the styling. I also liked the loose fit of the trousers with the oversizing of this blazer.

M R . B L A C K L E A T H E R T R E N C H C O A T
The Black Leather Trench Coat was released in the Mr. store back at the end of Summer and I'm kind of glad I didn't get the chance to style it until now because it's a great Winter piece! I really like the bulk of the piece with it's oversized fit on the female doll. I think the more shapeless design to it works nicely. It also does have some nice details, the collar and shoulders are great and I like the gathering at the pockets with the belt. For my first styling I knew I wanted to go for all out leather, it was easy to find some trousers to match well and I had plenty of accessories to choose from. I really like this shoulder bag with the coat in particular. For my second look I wanted something a little more dressed up and opted for silver and sparkly, I think it looks great! The silver wide leg trousers are great just popping out at the bottom and the accessories all hold their own well against the coat too - I really like this one as something fun and a little different for me. And for the final look I wanted to try something feminine for the piece and I really love the outcome! It had to be a big contrast to stand out, which was the perfect option and I picked out a skirt and my favourite white heels, the bow is perfect for femininity and matches well with the knotted design of the bag =)

M S W | Styled By You / / Styled By Me
It seems to be the time of Miss Stardoll World again and of course that comes with some Plaza releases - I'm not a fan of the contest personally, but over the years there have been some decent pieces coming out of the Plaza releases and this years floors also have some good offerings in a range of colours and styles.
First up in the features is harpie wearing the Yellow Plush Pants which are a lovely wide-leg pair of trousers in a great colour, and that colour really pops fantastically against this (also fabulous) brown coat and retro yellow and brown floral top. The colour combinations are classic and this look is a perfect selling of this piece. I also love the accessories, the brown belt and gold hoops are great finishing touches =)
Next is mery.- styling the Yellow Bag which is a piece I am still very tempted to purchase because it really pops in this outfit. I really like all the geometric shapes in the styling including in the bag, and the bag stands out being the only yellow piece in the styling. The wrapping of the shirt looks great with the trough created by the belt and trouser combination, they really look awesome together. The rest of the accessories are super sleek, I love these strapped heels and the jewellery is fab^
Now for something lighter in colour, Mia1435 wearing both the White Embellished Bag and Tule Gloves which work very well together. The gloves are super sweet and pretty perfect with this oversized shirt/dress, the long ties really look part of the shirt piece. Their blue hue also works well with these tulle leggings in a pretty sage tone, the fabrics of the two are great together, and the necklace colours also tie in well =)
And last but not least, Tangera who has picked the Embellished Jeans in this great designer street-style outfit, I love it! This look is quite different to the above three and really pops with all the gold features which only help to highlight the pattern on the jeans. Their loose fit is current and looks great with the gold aviator-style jacket. I love all the designer accessories, they really stand out very nicely in the styling!
Now for my own looks - I picked up 5 pieces and have styled 3 today. First is the Silver Mini Skirt Side Train which I think is maybe a surprise choice for me, but I really liked the floral metallic vibes I was seeing in the skirt, plus the train is super cool. I went for a full Winter look and I think the colour of the skirt really pops well against the black. I'm also really loving the textures added too, plus the silver details in the accessories. Next up are both the Cream Cropped Long Sleeve and Blue Plush Pants and I really loved pairing bright white with the bold cobalt tone. This look is ready for Winter with the furry jacket and scarf, I think they really look great against the loose velour of the trousers and the sheer top. I accessorised fittingly with whites and blues, I really love both the necklace and the bag added to the outfit^

L I M I T E D E D I T I O N #51 | Release Review
Finally time for our next LE release - collection 51 was released back on the 10th of November and brought us a fabulous new drop of pieces to glitz up our wardrobes with. Without further ado, let's get on and look at the collection:
This collection is three floors with 14 looks and including a couple of pieces for male dolls too. The collection is very glitz and glam and does remind me of the last LE release a bit with those similar vibes. It's a fitting release coming up to the Winter party season, but it's not so much one that will suit everyones vibes - for me I would have liked something at least a little cosy^ I also have to say, it's been quite some time where I've really loved an LE collection as a whole, I'm really ready for something like the pre-Covid releases to be back. Anyway, starting off with the accessories which is quite a small set for the store - there are just 3 pairs of shoes and 1 bag, which isn't a lot to choose from. For me, at least, I quite like the pieces but think there should have been a few more items in there too. The Silver Giant Bow Heels really do stand out, those bows really are giant! I like the glam they bring, and they're definitely something unique. Also in silver is the Glitter Handbag - I really like the simplicity of this in the overall style and the small size but it's glitzy by being completely glitter. There are a few other jewelled pieces in this category, but these are relatively similar to pieces we've had in the past and in other stores, the Braided Headpiece for example.
Similarly the number of clothing pieces in the collection is also small, with many looks made up of just one item. Now I did say I wanted cosy, so I guess that is fulfilled by both the Gray Fur Coat and Pastel Feather Fur which are definitely nice pieces and I really adore the orange and pink tones together (I was just too late to pick this one up!). Most of the pieces are very stand out, they would do all the talking in the look and wouldn't necessarily need a lot of accessories, like the Crystal Bow Dress with it's voluminous sleeves and jewelled front (plus bow!), the set of the Feather Sequinned Top and Pants with their fantastic combination of silver and feathers, the Water Splash Dress which really is rather unique in design, and lastly the Sculpture Dress with it's golden butterfly design down the front. There are also a couple of individual tops/bottoms I also wanted to mention because I think they're pieces with some versatility despite being super sparkly! For tops I quite like the Silver Chest Piece and Crystal Bra as I think these will layer quite nicely to make for unique stylings, and for bottoms I like both the Sequin Relaxed Pants (which come to fit both male and female dolls) and the Crystal Skirt which are both quite different items but ones which I think will work well in a few different styles.

First up here is Bianquette who styles up the Crystal Top and gives one example of some sparkly layering! The piece is layered with a bra top and I think the two are perfect together along with those added sleeves - fantastic combination that really looks like one piece^ These sleeves are also perfection with this skirt, the colours and textures are great together, and the gold of the skirt is both fitting with all those accessories but also doesn't draw away from the featured LE piece in the outfit =)
Then we have Proenza who wears the Crystal Bra very similarly to the above look and highlights how wearable and versatile these pieces are! This look has light pieces added with minimal details and really lets all the intricate design features of the piece pop in the styling. I also love the accessories in this look, the glitzy bag is super cute and I love the earrings, they look like they were made to be worn with this piece completely^
And the final feature is from tate who has opted for the Crystal Skirt in this very smart styling highlighting even further that sequins can work in multiple ways^ The layering ontop of the white trousers is great and highlights the blue and purple hints in the crystals on the skirt, I love that! The white blazer ontop gives great balance to the trousers and I love the skirt worn as both a skirt and top, that really works well. Accessorising is simple but effective, the crystal earrings are spot on =D

And for my stylings - I was travelling on the day of release so only managed to grab one piece, but a very kind friend gifted me a number of items to style up and I really am so happy with all of them! First up are the Silver Chest Piece and Silver Giant Bow Heels together, while both have big features I think they pair together nicely, especially with super neutral additions. I think they look great with the white trousers and simple black and white accessories. The top details also go great with the jewelled earrings - maybe some stacked bracelets are all that are missing! Next are the Glitter Handbag and Pearl Heel Stilettos which I think work very nicely together particularly in this outfit. I love the shoes with these blue trousers, they really bring out the toe-cap colour of the shoes beautifully, and the sparkle of the trousers was the perfect opportunity for the bag to be included. To balance all that I kept simple with the white shirt, I really liked the look of the long length of the shirt with the looser fit of the trousers. And finished up with a sparkly necklace and I'm super pleased with this addition to the look. And finally the Sequin Relaxed Pants which I loved styling and they were very easy to work with. This was a quick styling to put together, I like the neutral trainers with the contrast of the trousers and really liked continuing the neutral vibe with the shawl. A little extra added glam with these nice earrings to finish the look, I really love this one^
