It's been a while since I featured a Suite, and I couldn't resist after seeing this perfect Summer paradise from Lawliet.! The interior comes as a deck with a pool, and here it's been transformed into a beautiful Summer house. The glass keeps it open, and the home-wear pieces are light and fitting, I love the natural-ness of the wooden tables and light fittings paired with the white decking. The outdoor area has been designed well too, love the stairs to add more layers and the dog on the lounger is adorable^

L I M I T E D E D I T I O N | Release Review
Wow, it's been almost 2 months since our last LE release, and last weekend was time for another one! I love the colour tones in the advertising, they're very current yet also a retro one, but I don't like the turn to just a background advert - I like seeing the clothing or some of the collection featured!
Highlights So it's a very dressy collection, and gown heavy. It's themed on a recent awards red carpet - this sort of style isn't so much my thing for my doll as I find it trickier to wear, but there sure is a range of colours and styles available to choose from. And there are a couple of guys outfits too.
Accessories There's a pretty good collection of accessories in this release - it's a little short on bags, with just the Fringe Clutch. It's a nice enough piece, and it works well for the overall theming of the store. I like the silvery/pink hue and the fringe detail is quite pretty. But plenty to choose from in shoes and jewellery! There are 5 pairs on offer, with a focus on dressy style - think heels^ There are also one pair of boots, the High Thigh Boots which were at the top of my list and I'm so glad I was able to get a pair! They're in a versatile cream satin which is just a dream. They also fit perfectly on the leg, and have a pointed toe - they're ticking all the boxes =D The Silver A Heels are delicate sandals, the straps are lined with diamantes and there are hanging pearl details at the ankles which are super stylish. The Purple Velvet Heels really caught my eye, as this dark shade is something I'm missing in my wardrobe and have been searching for on occasion, and also the GG Heels, I love the croc texture to these and the metallic sheen the the cool mix of orange and green tones - it makes them something really unique! There are 4 pairs of earrings, which is quite a lot for one release. There are two golden based pairs, the Shell Circle Earrings which are a little similar to some pairs we've had before, and also the Flower Loops, which I picked up, I like the thin gold drop hoop with the yellow floral design, it will be fun in Spring/Summer stylings. The Chain Glitter Earrings have also proven popular, I've seen a lot of people styling these up!
Clothing For me the accessories are better than the clothes - they're wearable items, while the clothes are very much for the red carpet. So this section will be a little short as actually, I haven't bought any of the clothes (yet). I like that it's not quite all gowns though, with trouser based sets to choose from too like the Snake Blazer and Trousers in a bold green then pink with the Jumpsuit Gloves and Cover, or you can go for black with the Oversized Blazer and the High Waisted Flarred Suit Pant which I think is my favourite of the 3 as it's the most wearable. There are just 2 of the dresses which I really like - my reason for not purchasing is the price, both are over 150SD's and gowns are a style I know I don't wear more than a few times, so I can't really justify the price. Firstly the Layered Dress, which is the tan toned chiffon piece, while it's quite sheer, I just love the design and would totally work past the sheer for it, I like the ruffling at the collar and on the sleeve cuffs - also loving that it's long sleeved - I think it just looks fab on my doll^ And then my favourite piece, the Warrior Dress which is the yellow pleated piece, it's just dreamy and if it were cheaper I'd buy it in a flash! I love the voluminous style to the sleeves with the rounding from the shoulders paired with the slim style of the skirting. The design on the chest is also beautiful. I also think it looks great on my doll!
Prices This release ranges from 29 to 210SD's, with most pieces on the higher side of things which is down to it being a gown-based release. As it's LE, it is limited to SS and Royalty members, and there are a limited number of each item.
Styled Outfits First up the High Thigh Boots, I styled these a few times before deciding on this look as a lot of the longer coats I was choosing covered them up too much - this look shows them off^ The tone of colour is perfect with the light tweed of this set, I think it's super cute and something really simple yet with a fancy and elegant design. Next up the GG Heels - I love this look so much, it's such a fun one with simple pieces! I knew I wanted to wear these trousers with the heels, but choosing the rest of the outfit was tough as I wanted to stay away from black piece, you can see I failed at that, but actually it worked out for the better as I'm so delighted to style up this bag! I'll totally wear this outfit again =D And lastly the Purple Velvet Heels, which I knew I wanted to pair with this bag, the colours are a great match together. To avoid being too purple right off the bat with them, I decided to go for pink, I think it works out well, but I think the shoes will be better in another styling. I love the outcome of the look though, I think it does work out and looks pretty decent =)
Features And now for the features, just a couple to share, but they're fabulous! Firstly ohmonica styling the Move Please Dress. I love it layered up like this, worn more as a jacket, it works so nicely. And the cool floaty design of the skirting is a great style contrast, the white base also makes the orange stand out even more. Love the floral booties, they're a great balance. Also loving the white fishnets, those are a super cool addition^
Next up Opioides styles the Chain Glitter Earrings and the Snake Belt, accessories can go such a long way! I'm loving this skirting idea so much, the pink is super pretty and the belting addition as an applique design looks amazing, so creative^ The long sweater makes a cool layer and I like the masculinity of the blazer. The glitter pieces stand out so much and balance the look well, those heels are perfect!
Sterlina2010 is draped in this LE collection, wearing the Silver Snake Skirt, Long Sleeve Bead Top, High Thigh Boots, Shell Circle Earrings and the Golden Sparks Hat - wow that's a lot! But it really works well together. The accessories added further really are perfect too, I love the use of this draping LE bag from an older collection, I'm really regretting selling it because it's perfect with these boots. And I love the golden necklace additions, they fill the neckline beautifully!
And the final feature, from Lawliet. who is also wearing the Long Sleeve Bead Top and the High Thigh Boots but in a totally different style. I love the top paired with this base layer, the bead design is great with the circle pattern. The lace jumpsuit on top is a cool idea to pull everything together, for sure a great surprise, but I love it! Also loving the belt bag and hat additions to the look =D

S U B C O U T U R E | Release Review
It's Subcouture weekend! I love these releases, as there's the special quality that they're limited, but there's a little time to really think about the pieces which you want or not. I like the effect of the minimal style of the advertising, it draws me in for sure^
Highlights The release has two floors with 9 outfits in total, including one for the guys. There is a more street-style and casual vibe to the pieces which I like for the current season and trends. I also like the more muted colour scheme with the flashes of colour, I think it makes for an effective collection.
Accessories There are just bags and shoes for accessories, I don't mind so much as I like the choice that we have with these. There are 3 bags to pick from, I'm really leaning towards the shoulder bags, the Green Leather Bag which is a structured box bag in an army green colour and the Metallic Shoulder Bag which is black with two bag parts to it with some really nice intricate details - both look good on the doll and are great for the Autumn season, plus aren't really things we've had something like before. In terms of shoes there is a focus on boots, with 4 pairs available, I totally love the Flower Boots, these are right up my street with the neutral base and the bold red/orange flower print, perfect to stand out in outfits! And there are also a pair of trainers, the Yellow Sneakers which are in the popular chunky bold colour style, as a fan of yellow these naturally catch my eye with the bright yellow and red sections to them, they look pretty good^
Clothing The winners of the clothing in this release are really the bottomhalf pieces, great options from the trousers and skirts this time! The Melange Trousers are a great pair of trendy trousers, the fit is current with a loose style, and the colour is great for the upcoming Winter. Midi skirts are still going strong with the Pleated Skirt in a fabulous yellow and the Asymmetrical Pleated Skirt which has a flared style to it with a nice panelled section in blue - I really love both pieces, they'll be great for fun Winter stylings! I like the idea of a navy knitted midi dress, but the large open sections of the Cut Out Bodycon Dress are offputting, which is a little of a shame. I'm a little on the fence about the Yellow Fringe Coat, I do love yellow, and the overcoat style is really great and fits the doll very nicely but I'm just not 100% convinced about something with it, just not sure what - I need convincing! And of course the advertising for the store completely sold me on the Oversized Pullover, really love the colour for something a little different to what we're used to, and love the chunky knitted style to the piece. While it's a sweater and layers nicely, it also works well as a dress, so there's a few options for it too^
Prices This release ranges from 14 to 36SD's which is pretty average for Subcouture. The release is limited in terms of this weekend only, until midnight on Monday 25th. There are some SS-only items in this release, but the majority is available for everyone.
Styled Outfits I bought quite a few pieces from the release and I look forward to wearing everything! First up the Flower Boots styled super minimally with beige so the colour really pops out, I love that - but there are also plenty of other options for them! I matched my bag to them too, love bringing this piece out again for sure, it works really nicely =) Second up pairing the Melange Trousers and the Yellow Sneakers, these trousers are very versatile there are so many dressed up or down options for them. I picked out my colours based on the trainers, with yellow and red there are plenty of options for accessories, I couldn't resist choosing some of my favourites^ And finally the Oversized Pullover and the Metallic Shoulder Bag in what I think is my favourite look of this set. I layered up the sweater with a navy dress, because navy is such a dreamy combination with this sweater. And also navy boots, love getting to wear these too! I like the bag with this sweater for the jewels on it, they're a pretty good colour fit with that of the sweater - I'll definitely repeat this combination =D
Features And a couple of features, first up ajenkam styling the Oversized Pullover - wearing it over trousers was my next outfit choice for this one^ The black makes a big contrast, but I think it works well and the accessories are very nicely chosen with the gold detail on the boots and the design on the bag breaking up the colour a bit - totally love it!
And then we have Lawliet. wearing the Puff Jacket and maybe convincing me I should try this out! I like the mixing of the textures, the velvet-style to the jacket looks great against the leather of the trousers and boots, and the shirt hems add a softer touch overall. Love the sleek accessorising here =)

Lilac love
Who doesn't love a good lilac styling, especially a head to toe one?! This look from Lawliet. is awesome, a great combination for the colour^ The knee-length skirt is making a smart look and I love the different layering and draping of the pieces on the top half, and the white panels split up the colour well and work nicely with the pearl necklaces and the glamorous earrings - those touches are my favourite! The heels are a beauty of course and the bag pops well, the perfect pair of accessories for a lilac styling =D

Tiger tiger
All about another animal print today, Lawliet. is bringing it in tiger style! This dress is looking super cool with all the layering, it really seems a wearable piece like this. I love the use of the long sleeves beneath it but with the gown skirting through the tulle, a fabulous style choice^ The yellow boots are the perfect choice to fit with the tiger colour, and I love the rest of the accessories, from the dinky beaded bag, the slim sunglasses and the glitzy tiger belt, super cool!

V I N Y L | Release Review
We got ourselves a brand new street-wear drop in the form of a floor of VINYL recently - it's a modern store and judging from the advertising it looks like the release fits the usual bill of the store and has some nice pieces!
Highlights The release is the usual size of one floor, there are 5 looks including one for male dolls. The pieces are pretty themed on reds and blacks and I think the collection fits together very nicely =)
Accessories For the number of looks, there is a good range of accessories available. There are two pairs of booties, the High Heel Booties, a black almost velvet-looking pair, and the Red Metallic Boots which are a pair of pointed kitten heel chelsea boots. There is also a pair of socks, the Red Stripe Socks, which I think will be a pretty popular choice. There is just one bag, but it's pretty amazing, the Methacrylate Bag. It's got a brown speckled box bag with a popping red handle - super stylish and current, I'm definitely excited for this piece! There is also a belt, the Yellow Stripe Belt, being an SC piece and a pretty basic one, I think this will see a lot of stylings =) And lastly a hat, the Nautical Cap, a typical baker-boy styled piece in a bold colour, while not for me, I think it will look pretty cool in the right outfit.
Clothing The clothing really seems to have been designed around mix and match, with the ability to pick and choose between the tops and bottoms to come up with a range of looks, I think it's really great for the store! I'm a huge fan of the bottomhalves - there are 3, the High Waist Denim Split Skirt which is a black midi piece with a midline split to above the knee, it's super fun and a modern twist on the typical denim skirt. Then there are two pairs of trousers, the Orange High Waist Pants which are super casual with a loose fit, I like the rolling of the hem and the colour, and then there are the High Waisted Long Trousers which are in a beige wide leg design, they will be too boring for some, but I find the colour and style to be super versatile so I hope people give them a chance. There are 3 tops in the release, the Light Camisole offers that something a little different by being in a pale pink and in silk, and then there are tees with the popart Photo Print Tshirt and then the 'band tee' Euphoric T Shirt. And also 3 choices with the outerwear - my favourite is by far the Throw On Jacket, an over-shoulder black leather piece which looks super cool and ticks just about every box I could ask for in such a style, pretty perfect! The Rolled Sleeve Jacket also looks quite cool, it's an oversized tweed-style piece with the hands tucked in the pockets, my only concern is that the neckline is quite wide so might not suit all styles.
Prices This release ranges from 11 to 21SD's, there are a couple of pieces available in SC's and nothing is limited to SS or Royalty only members.
Styled Outfits I bought quite a few pieces from this release - I just found things super versatile! First up the High Waist Denim Split Skirt in my favourite colour combination of black and brown, but I really think it works in the favour of the piece as the skirt really does pop in the styling. I love it with the boots, but equally this skirt will look good with heels or trainers too^ Secondly pairing the Throw On Jacket and Methacrylate Bag for this styling, I love the use of red throughout to really fit the bag into the styling, this shirt adds such a soft touch to the leather of the jacket, and the trousers add that interesting vibe to the look with their design. Finally the Orange High Waist Pants, black seemed the obvious choice to make the colour really pop in the look, but these will be great with matching tones and also with lighter colours in the summer. I loved the hemming of these paired with our new Tabi boots, I think the eye is really drawn to that part of the look well =)

Features You guys are loving this release, so many great outfits to show with these new pieces! Firstly a couple using the Rolled Sleeve Jacket, this one is from ajenkam, matching the patterning very nicely with this blue shirt, I really love that! The burgundy velvet trousers look fab against the jacket too, it's such a fun colour combination^ The blues are continued in the accessories, I'm all about these cool sunglasses in the styling!
Secondly also using the Rolled Sleeve Jacket, and also starting of a few looks that make use of the High Waist Denim Split Skirt, and also wearing the Photo Print Tshirt, dollchik looking very cool! Everything works together very nicely, I love the use of the red in the shoes to work with the printing on the tee and the red lip, a super glamorous touch to the styling. Also loving the visor, it adds such a different vibe to the look. The studded belt bag is also looking fine, a perfect addition!
In this styling leiona_- also wears the High Waist Denim Split Skirt - just see how versatile it is! It works in a totally different style and I love it for that! It looks great with this band tee, and I love both pieces layered with a smart white shirt underneath and this cool checkered sprint coat ontop, it really drew me to the look! The booties and sheer socks look fab with this skirt too^
And now a second look with the Photo Print Tshirt, this time from Claudentia, who also styles the Yellow Stripe Belt and runs with the black and yellow theme well throughout the look. I love the style combination of the casual tee with this tulle layered skirt, it looks fab, and the yellow base of the top and the boots really does make that photo pop in the look =) Accessories are also pretty fab in this one!
Next we have Lawliet. wearing the Euphoric T Shirt really dressed up with this lace detail skirt, I think it works out very nicely actually! The solid black base to the look with the boots and the long sleeved polo are perfect for the success, I love all the accessories too, the gloves and the pearl necklace particularly =)
Some more bright now, millaxx styling the Orange High Waist Pants and the Throw On Jacket looking very cool! I love the use of the mesh top and bra in this look, they work together well and I think are perfect with the black leather. The boots are also a great touch there, and I love the orange bag to add to the trousers - a great grunge-esque fashion week styling for sure^
And the final feature - you guys really did love this release - Jacquemus wearing the High Waisted Long Trousers and the Methacrylate Bag, perfect together and with the rest of this look. I love the use of the printed cardigan for red highlights, I think it's perfect for the bag. Also enjoying the shirt layered and the use of the trainers, making a super fun styling with a light casual vibe =D

H I G H F A S H I O N H I D E & S E E K | Styled By You / / Styled By Me
A very cute new idea Stardoll has brought to us for 2019 - a monthly Hide&Seek! So we all got January's gift automatically, the Stripe Oversize Shirt Dress, but we had to find the 'Shoe Trophy' during this month to get February's gift - which was the pair of Star Ankle Booties. So far I've found these pieces pretty good, they're both pretty wearable which I'm pleased with, hopefully the rest of the items will follow suit! So today featuring Lawliet. making a super cool styling of the Star Ankle Booties - this all black and lot of leather look is pretty awesome! I find that the boots still manage to stand out against the rest of the black, they really hold their own, but look especially good with the trouser design being slim around the ankle. I love this beaded bag paired with the boots, it's fab^
I have styled up both the Stripe Oversize Shirt Dress to 'catch up' with January, and also the Star Ankle Booties - and hopefully I'll like the future items as much to be able to keep this up each month =) And completely unintentionally I've managed to style the two most contrasting looks ever! These pieces were easy to style, light came easily to the Dress while dark to the Boots^ I found it easy to add accessories to the Dress to really make it something special and different to just wearing it alone - shoe choices were aplenty for it, and really took it to completely different styles from casual to smart which is great. Trousers and these Booties are a total winner, I liked the little details in the blazer and bag to really work with the star detailing on the Booties^

Smart sultry
Smart, stylish and sassy are the words I'd use to describe today's feature from Lawliet.! I love it^ This shirt is really looking great, I love the tied design and I think the layering of the cool necklaces on top really work for it to make it look that little bit different. I love the asymmetrical hem of the skirt with the shirt, and the leather boots with the jewelled heels look great together and against the matte black of the skirt. Accessories are pretty awesome, love the use of this bag as always, and love the big earrings and sunglasses too =)

Ganni Inspired Thigh High Boots | Styled By You / / Styled By Me
I spotted lawliet. styling up these Ganni Inspired Thigh High Boots from last autumn's Runway release and firstly knew I had to feature the look but also knew I needed to revisit these while it was still winter because they're a great boot =D I love lawliet.'s styling combining the boots with the shiny leather trousers, totally works out well and is my sort of style. The open blouse is great, the shape adds a masculine touch, but it really works well for the outfit an the black bra is perfect alone to fill the neckline. The accessorising is great, from the glasses and earrings to the bag, really a perfect look for showing off the boots. For my styling I'm using both brown and black with the leopard print, I'm really loving it with these boots, it works well! I did try out the leopard print midi, but it was quite a lot, so the coat is good for now - with that amount of print a minimal base is required, the black is sleek and lets the print and the boots stand out. Love the little glimpse of this bag, it has the perfect sheen for the styling^ Hopefully I'll get to style these boots again before the winter finishes^

Glitter gold
I love a bit of glitter, and Lawliet. sure has just the right amount in this super cool styling! I love the combination of this deep velvet blazer with the glittered-mosaic style of the playsuit, it's colouring is great with the blazer! The glittered tights are the sweetest addition and definitely highlight the legs and make them stand out. These shoes are also pretty fabulous, the colour fits well with the overall look but doesn't blend in - the bright pop definitely looks great and is needed rather than a darker pair =)

S U B C O U T U R E | Release Review
This weekend brought us brand new Subcouture, always exciting for me! The advertising is cool, I love the pink and sparkly unicorn feeling to it, it's attractive and will sure draw people in to buy things^ And at the time of posting, you still have a couple of hours left to make those last purchases!
Highlights So this is the typical Subcouture release of two floors, although this time they are definitely stuffed to the brim with summer styles! I also love that there are 3 completely different male looks to shop from for the male dolls, a huge step up from the usual =) Also really loving the pink-toned marble interior, it's pretty fun^
Accessories When I first looked at the store, the accessories were what caught my eye immediately, and I love that! In addition to the usual bags and shoes, there's not many other accessories to choose from, but I really like the direction taken with what's there. There are 3 bags in the store, two blue, the Buckle Blue Clutch, a round cobalt bag with silver hardwear, and the Roksanda Blue Bag, a square style with quirky handles. Then there is also the Gucci Inspired Pink Heart Clutch, which isn't a clutch at all as it has a silver chain, but it's still a great bright pink sparkly bag! I bought all of them, I really like the styles and I think they fit in well with my bag collection =) There are 4 pairs of shoes, I don't find myself such a big fan of these as I am of the bags, but the Embellished Slingback Pumps are an absolute gem in this release! They've got a minimal yet fantastic design and have looked good with just about everything I've seen =) In terms of the rest, there are just 3 pieces, and while I'm not so much a fan of the belts, I do really love the Orecchini Pendant Earrings which are very glamorous and I adore the emerald colour to them, can't wait to wear these!
Clothing There are 12 looks put together in this store, so a lot of pieces to choose from. There's quite an emphasis of dresses/onepieces, with 7 to pick between in a completely versatile range - something for everyone! The first piece I really quite liked was the Fleamadona Inspired Dress for it's bright fuchsia colour, sheen and glittered V at the body - it's something quite different for me and I know I won't get a lot of wear out of it, but it's something I totally want to try out! The florals also really caught my eye, the Temperly London Inspired Jumpsuit and Balenciaga Inspired Crepe Stretch Dress. I love the fit of both pieces, I think they're fitting well into current trends and styles. I'm also a little tempted by the VictorRolf Inspired Dress, again it's not something I can see myself wearing often, but I think the blue and red design is cute and the bow-collar is adorable, plus the dress fits really nicely on my doll! I was a little disappointed by the bottomhalves on offer, there's a skirt and two pairs of jeans, but they really don't stand out in the collection and the styles don't appeal to me at all. They don't really look like new designs and current styles. There are 4 tops in the store, again in a mix of styles and I really quite like them on the whole. The Morgan Lane Inspired Top was the first one I saw and I think it's the prettiest spring/summer piece with it's strappy peplum design and sweet light navy colour with polka dot design. The Jacquemus Inspired Shirt also jumped out pretty quickly because we all know I love burgundy and this is a perfect match with my favourite burgundy trousers - plus it's a quirky mix with a white shirt, another of my favourite styles^ The Fleamadona Inspired Star Top is pretty cute, but not something I can see myself styling easily, so I'll give that a miss this time, but what I haven't given a miss is the Fleamadona Inspired Pink Shirt, which I was a little unsure of at first, but then I saw a couple of the features below and knew I'd regret it if I didn't get it - I'm so glad I've got it, I loved styling it below! And lastly, something quick about the outerwear, the Jacquemus Inspired Jacket, a beige fitted long blazer, and the Simone Rocha Inspired Jacket which is a black sheer piece - I'm just so undecided about them! I've seen a couple of great looks, but the question is would I be able to pull them off well myself?! I really don't know - luckily there are still a few hours to decide!
Prices This collection ranges from 13 to 31SD's, which I think is great and the top price is a little cheaper than it has been in the last few releases! The limit on this collection was the time, being only available this weekend. A few pieces are SS only, but they're not main components of the collection, so overall it's pretty much available to all.
Styled Outfits And now the fun part - I loved working with the pieces, and attempted to style the pieces that I didn't feature in the below features, I've worked with the other pieces I bought and have included them in some other posts too^ First up the Fleamadona Inspired Dress which really doesn't need much other clothing, right? I'd like to see it styled up a bit more with additional pieces, but I'm not a complicated person, so matching it with the Gucci Inspired Pink Heart Clutch and some fun matching pink shoes is as far as I get with this one, but I think it still looks glamorous^ Secondly the Orecchini Pendant Earrings and Embellished Slingback Pumps in a smarter based styling, love the white shirt against the emerald of the earrings, they really pop and also pair well with the bag too, the black strap of which ties nicely with the shoes - it's a minimal way of wearing the collection this one^ And finally the Roksanda Blue Bag, which I actually also styled already over at What I Wore On Stardoll, I just love this piece a lot and think it really pops in this outfit against the white. The shoes are a great colour match for the bag, and I love this tanned cardigan matching the handle on the bag - I think there are so many options for this piece!
Features First up two looks both with the Fleamadona Inspired Pink Shirt which really pushed me to buy it, Leiona_- and Lawliet.! And both going with gingham styles on the bottom, firstly trousers and then a skirt and I think both pieces of clothing work really well with the shirt. Leiona_- also makes use of the Embellished Slingback Pumps which go nicely with the gingham while Lawliet. adds a light touch with the white tights and shoes =D
Next up wearing the Morgan Lane Inspired Top is millaxx and I think this is the cutest summer outfit! The top stands out and the fit works well with that of the skirt, both pieces are able to share the limelight well^ The accessories are spot on, I think this is almost exactly how I'd love to look in this top =)
Wearing the Simone Rocha Inspired Jacket and trying to convince me on it is miver looking amazing! I think the gathered gloves work particularly well with this piece, these ones are a perfect height on the arm to work with the sleeve of the jacket. While I think it would work well with most pieces underneath, I think it does look particularly good with this neutral dress^
And lastly RiManiKordenty wearing the Jacquemus Inspired Shirt exactly how I plan to wear mine! So so perfect with these trousers! The white and black accessories on the bottomhalf really pop out well against the burgundy and everything chosen is very stylish, from the glasses to the bag, I really like this classical look!

Denim dare
Using allll the denim in this daring styling from Lawliet. and I think it's looking like a great casual look =) There are a lot of mixed denim pieces in this look, but I think it somehow works out, I'm particularly liking the jacket paired with the denim bustier tee, the bustier is a brighter denim and I think it stands out nicely, and also fits well with the denim backpack. I like the detailing on the backpack paired with the brooch added and also the little hair clips, they're super sweet^

Twinning grey
I spotted these two looks right at the same time and knew they'd make a great paired feature, both working with the Tributes Gallery Celine Inspired Shoulder Bag, the first from lawliet. and the second from beringelalara! The bag really stands out in both looks, even though the tones could be ones where grey just slips into the background. I love the bag against the zebra printing of the shirt in lawliet.'s look, it's a great contrast, and the black jeans make a good base for both the pieces. Loving the furry scarf too, it's a great match for the bag in the look. beringelalara has gone with a grey base with this look, but I love the bag against the tweed trousers, I think it looks awesome, and reminds me I should wear these trousers too^ I don't think the checks of the blazer is too much either, I think it works! And both looks have gone for pointed white shoes, a winner with this bag obviously, and dangling earrings - they work out really nicely with their respective outfits and definitely stand out =D

I N S P I R E D B Y F E N D I | Tribute Review
And our fourth, and possibly final Tribute of the season is here, Inspired By Fendi! I was pretty stoked from the spoilers and I've loved the previous releases so I have high expectations! I love the colours in the homepage advert, they're pretty cool and are unique to things we've had before. It shows off a minimal side to the collection with just a couple of pieces shown, but gives a neat introduction to this release =)
Highlights This release is split over 3 floors this time, with 4 stylings on each. The whole colour tone of this release is just beautiful, I love the muted-ness of it all and the whole colour of the store, it just completely appeals to me and my current style preferences. So this has a great start =D
Accessories There's a nice range of pieces in the accessories with this release, I think it covers the original collection quite well. There's just the one pair of shoes, the Fendi Inspired Wooden Heels which look retro but pretty sleek when you look closely^ There's a really nice selection of 4 bags with this release: the Fendi Inspired Tan Jade Handbag is the most 'classic' of the styles with the Fendi logos and the cute keychain. I like the neutral pastel colours in this bag, it's a perfect spring piece, and I love the trim on the bag, it's worth checking out zoomed in^ Then there's the Fendi Inspired Shopping Bag which also has the Fendi logos over it but the brown and black colouring disguises that a little. It's quite a large piece, which I find the offputting part of the bag, but I like the handle design and the colours of it. On the smaller side is the Fendi Inspired Lock Handbag which is such a beautiful detailed piece, like seriously, zoom in on this one and you'll be blown away^ What you see as blue on the top flap is actually a neat impressionist floral design ontop of Fendi logo-ing, it's sweet and matches the ribbon tied around the handle. The red on the body of the bag is a great tone and I love the hanging strap as well as the hanging chain. The final bag is one that I thought would be hugely popular but I've only seen worn once, the Cross Body Fendi Bag which is all strapped up across the body with a belt and shoulder strap. The blue is bright and makes it stand out, and it's a small piece which is just right for the style. While I haven't bought it yet, I might get it before the store leaves as I think it could lead to some interesting stylings =D The lingerie pieces are the next biggest category with 3 pairs of socks/tights ranging from ankle socks with the Fendi Inspired Sheer Socks, over knee socks with the Checked Thigh High Socks, then full covered leg with the Cut Out Luxury Stockings. While I do wear tights on occasion, it will always be black ones, so these muted toned patterned ones are quite out of my comfort zone - they do look good on the doll, but I'm yet to see anyone take them on! So maybe socks will work out better for me, I think the ankle socks would be the place to start, they're fairly minimal and neutral so the stripes will work with a lot of shoes that I already have. The Checked Thigh High Socks might be too much for me right now but I've seen so many people rocking them, they seem to win on popularity with this release! There's no belts or jewellery with this release, but you can add to your hair with the Fendi Inspired Catwalk Bangs in a bright jade tone, or add makeup with the Jade Green Catwalk Eyes; and lastly are the Fendi Inspired Eyewear, which are quite a sleek pair of sunglasses which actually look pretty decent =)
Clothing I'm impressed with this collection - I like the graphics and I like the pieces in the store, they get a big thumbs up from me. I feel like there is a lot to choose from, but with the pastel tones it's leaning a little towards the feminine side especially with quite a few floaty materials and styles. The store very easily splits into three categories
Dresses The dresses are pretty big focal pieces in this release. There are 5 and they're all kinda midi length, which is a favourite around here^ I think we'll talk about my least favourite first, the Striped Diagonal Chiffon Silk Dress, which is a little like a beach piece with a bikini beneath and a silk sheer coverup on top. I like the material and the stripes too and the shape is definitely interesting, but I just don't like it on my doll at all, it doesn't come across as a flattering piece. Then two pieces which almost look like coats to me, the Fendi Inspired Cape Dress in a bright blue with beautiful flowers and a great shape and then the Fendi Inspired Pleather Dress which is in a tan leather again with some little cutout details. Both are belted and I like the overall shape of the pieces, plus they do look good worn. I'd definitely dress them as coats over dresses, but I do think there is potential in them, it's just deciding if they are worth the price tag when I'm not 100% sure on them! And lastly my two favourite pieces, the Fendi Inspired Ribbons Dress and the Fendi Inspired Chiffon Dress, both are navy and floaty and sweet^ I like the shapes of them both, they look good alone and on the doll as well. Both do have a summery feel to them, like the shells along the hem on the Chiffon and the cool cutouts on the cold shoulders of the Ribbons piece. I think these are pretty solid pieces, and they aren't obviously Fendi, I think you'd get good wear out of them, especially in the summer months.
Tophalves Stripes dominate this category by a mile, there are so many on offer in the store! There are 5 striped pieces, the first two are more structured, the matching Fendi Inspired Diagonal Silk Blouse and Fendi Inspired Diagonal Stripe Blazer which are a grey and brown stripe design with quirky cutouts and a really smart look on the doll. The other three pieces are tight-fitting and sheer based, the Sheer Stripe White Collar Blouse which is my least favourite because of the collar styling, then the Thin Knitted Turtleneck and Sheer Turtleneck both of which I really like. They have good versatile colours and a really nice fit with a polo design and cute sleeves with individual designs. The final two tophalves are outerwear pieces, the Fendi Inspired Jade Jacket and the Faux Mink Bomber - both of which I'm completely on the fence about! I quite like the styles, they're both individual pieces and they definitely stand out in a crowd with their design and colour, but I just don't know how much wear I'd get from them. I wish I could style them a few times before committing to buying them!!!

Bottomhalves And the final category of the bottomhalf pieces, which I think might be a popular one with everyone and not just us here at The Stardoll Lookbook! Firstly the trousers, the Fendi Inspired Jade Green Pants which I just love, a great colour and a fantastic shape, it's one of my favourites for trousers and it just works so well and looks flattering on the doll. And then the 5 skirts that you can choose from - all midi pieces and all quite something special^ So the two striped pieces are fairly fitting with other items in the collection, the Fendi Inspired Diagonal Stripe Midi Skirt matches nicely with both the Fendi Inspired Diagonal Silk Blouse and Fendi Inspired Diagonal Stripe Blazer and makes a cute co-ord look with either of the tops, and the Sheer Diagonal Stripe Fendi Skirt pairs with the Striped Diagonal Chiffon Silk Dress, and I definitely like the skirt more than the dress as it'll be easier to work with in terms of layering to work around the sheer material. The Green Laser Cut Skirt is a structured piece, I like the tight fit on the waist and hips then the more A-line look in the midi length. The colour is pretty and the cut-out pattern makes it stand out - overall this one looks good on the doll. Then my favourite two skirts, the Shiny Pencil Skirt which is a workwear style piece in leather and a dark colour, it's not quite blue or black, so some people may be put off, but I think the style of it beats that out of the park^ And the Peach Leather Skirt which is feminine despite the leather material, I love the colour of this one, it's a perfect spring tone and the shape is beautiful when worn, I also quite like the belting added to this piece, it's a nice colour contrast =)
Prices This release ranges from 10 to 38SD's which is perfectly fitting with previous Tributes. Nothing is limited to SS or Royalty as usual with Tributes, which is good. I only found it pricey because I bought so much and it all added up!!!
Styled Outfits I went a little crazy and bought most of the collection, it would be boring to see me style everything in this post, so I've just picked out some of the skirts to style today and I'll be posting more looks next week^ First up is the Shiny Pencil Skirt which I've styled very simply with sheer and faux fur and velvet boots, I think the skirt texture still stands out and I think it looks ok amongst the black with it's slightly confusing colour^ I also used the Fendi Inspired Tan Jade Handbag, I really like the light tone of it against the skirt, I think it works =) Secondly I've styled the Sheer Diagonal Stripe Fendi Skirt, which I've smartened with the use of this white shirt, I love the two together and I've added a white pencil skirt beneath to sort out the sheer issue too. I kept pretty on theme with the accessories being on the brighter blue tone, and I just kinda love this one as a whole, it works for me and my style and I can see it working with a lot of different accessories! And the final look with the Peach Leather Skirt and this is my favourite look of the three =D I found so many good tops to wear with this one, but this tight polo was the perfect fit for the colour of the belting, I love the contrast against the peach tone. And I accessorised with some older Fendi too and I love it! These shoes and the bag are perfect for the skirt and I'm so glad I had them to put this look together =D
Features I've seen such a great range of the collection styled, which is fabulous, I'm glad it's been a popular one =) First up lawliet. wearing the Checked Thigh High Socks in this cute, almost preppy styled look. I like the addition of the large checked oversized sweater and the navy split mini, I think the pieces suit the socks well. The accessories are just right, and I love the chained pointed heels, they really stand out paired with the socks^
This feature from lilyhippo makes use of the Sheer Turtleneck in this blue-based style. The top looks good with the tight fitting trousers and the fact that they're navy, plus the blue shoes are fitting with that too. The black in the bag and the belt really makes the two pieces stand out, but not in a negative way, I think they work quite nicely =)
This neutral styling from Miver is ready for the Parisian spring and summer! The nude clothing looks good and makes a good basis for the Fendi accessories used - the Fendi Inspired Eyewear and Fendi Inspired Sheer Socks which fit super nicely with the gold heels. The gold is a great accent in the styling and to highlight the Fendi pieces!
And the final styling, from skycloudgrant wearing the Fendi Inspired Jade Green Pants, Fendi Inspired Tan Jade Handbag and Checked Thigh High Socks - these pieces look fab together! Naturally I like the green, but it really looks good with this frilled white shirt. I love the quirkiness of the leopard print heels, they look so good and have been a fantastic addition to this styling =D
