Love love love this western styling from Isabella8103 today - incredibly spot on trend and perfectly executed! These pieces work together so well, you'd think they'd all come from the same collection. The baroque design on the vest is super pretty, I've really not noticed it before, and how cool does it look with the pattern on these boots?! So nice, and the silver detail on the boots makes all the difference. That matches the silver bag and brooch too^ Love the puffed sleeves on the blouse and the hat and bow make great finishing touches!

Green goodness
This is a fabulous accessory-based styling today from Isabella8103 - super popping with cool colour! It's such a great outfit for this March HB Balenciaga Inspired Bag, the black base of the look is stylish, I love the layering of the sheer polo with the fun ruffled top on top of it, perfect with the black base of the bag. The scarf detailing pops against the simple base, but works to perfection with the green gloves - who knew they could look cool, but they really do! And the green in the earrings is a great match. I love the floral booties, the colours are spot on for the bag colours, and also balance well with the fun red lip =)

Tortoise brown
A super cool spring styling from Isabella8103 and it's totally ready for potential showers^ This plastic-based coat looks fantastic in this outfit and it pairs so well with these trousers, a perfect combination - I'd really doubted how versatile this coat would be and I think this makes it look fab! The yellow is a perfect complementary tone underneath and is a great piece with these yellow lens sunglasses, they are awesome! The brown booties and clutch bag finish the look nicely, I love seeing someone else work this bag, it definitely doesn't get enough attention^

Minty fresh
What a Spring-fresh style to feature today from Isabella8103 - what a great one-colour combination =) I love both the top and the trousers individually and they're looking very cool together, the tones aren't the same, but I think it works perfectly. The white belt is a good block in the tones. I adore the use of this Fendi bag, it's one of my current favourites and this is a great outfit for it^ Also adoring the sunglass combination - two of my favourite pairs in one =D

F A S H I O N F U R N I T U R E | Release Review
Some new decor dropped in the Plaza last month, it's been a while since our last interiors release, and this Fashion Furniture collection really fills that gap nicely. I love the bright advertising, it catches my eye and really makes me want to check out the whole collection =)
Highlights The release is all about the Gucci - great prints and bold colour choices. We've had a few Gucci themed decor pieces before, but this release is great to go all out! I love the interior design on this one, it's got great basic features but quirky ideas like the patterning on the wood at the front, stand out for sure!
Furniture This release has a huge focus on the seating pieces, with two themes to choose from. You can either for for bright and yellow with the Yellow Leather Chair and Sofa, I really love these pieces! I like the size of them with the slim black legs, it's such a great look. And then for printed pieces you've got the Jacquard Armchair in Pink or Black and also the Round Gucci Inspired Sofa, the printing is stunning and really stands out and I love the tasselled detailing, so cute around the edges^ There are also a couple of tables, they're quite dark, so definitely require a certain taste, but the Large Table and Round Gucci Inspired Table with the green topping, are fabulous looking pieces!
Decor In the smaller pieces of the collection, I'm in love with the artwork - I'm a huge fan of cats =) The Cat Gucci Inspired Poster and Cat Guccy Drawing are super cute pieces and will fit into a lot of different suite styles. Also loving the Velvet Cushion Cat Embroidery, the print is sweet against the pink base, it looks great! The Panther Vase is also nice, and I can see it being a popular choice - it's incredibly similar to the Millionaire Mansions Gucci Inspired Porcelain Vase, the printing is the same but this one is side on and has branches inside. The bags are also pretty cute in this release - I love getting a wearable with the decor^ I've bought the Printed Jute Tote as I love the neutral colouring.
Prices The release ranges from 9 to 26SD's - no pieces are in SC's and nothing is limited to SS or Royalty only members.
Styled Suite Of course I couldn't resist the Yellow Leather Sofa, I just love that colour so much, it's a great pop in a minimal room, plus perfection with these leopard cushions! I'm not sure on the darker furniture pieces yet, but I've got a suite room in mind for a refresh, so maybe these will be perfect for a new vibe =)

Features And now a couple of super features, both making use of the Gucci Store Inspired Interior and really making me want to buy it immediately! First up we have Marta-43 creating a great vibe in the room by adding these windows along the front, such a cool idea^ I love the dark and green tones used, this sofa is a great central piece and the Round Gucci Inspired Table is a perfect fit for that. The Large Table also looks great at the side and covered in books and decor pieces, in this room it definitely doesn't come across as too dark as there's a great balance of plants and lighting also included =)
And secondly Isabella8103 who just makes use of the Gucci Store Inspired Interior but in a great way by adding windows! These look great and the tones and design of the 'view' are perfection with those inside the room - at first I almost thought they were built into the interior^ The golden and neutral hues look great against the brick wall and the wooden flooring, I'm especially loving the frame and the lighting used, they look fabulous =D

Green snakeskin
Who knew you could wear this much green and animal print and look awesome?! I sure didn't, Isabella8103 looks fantastic! It really takes some skill to put together this many contrasting prints and make sure it still looks good, I love the snake and leopard combination and the different shades of green look great together. The lime of this recent jacket definitely pops, and the sheeny metallic boots are a great 'minimal' touch. The hat and dark lip are great glamorous touches to finish the look =)

S U B C O U T U R E | Release Review
It's Subcouture time! We're in the midst of 'Fashion Month' and so it's the right time to have a fun new drop of pieces so that our dolls can take part too^ It's been a while since our last release and I'm very ready for some new pieces to style my doll in =)
Highlights The bright red interior is eye catching and really draws you in! There are 2 floors, each with 6 female and 1 male look, which gives a great choice covering a range of styles. Overall I'd say it's looking pretty good =)
Accessories It is a small collection of accessories with this release, the focus really is on shoes. There are 5 pairs, all boots or boot-style pieces. My eyes automatically are attracted to the bright colours, so the Stretch Jersey Thigh Boots Yellow and Orange, they have a great stiletto component and are over the knee, a super popular choice - I think these will be all over the place this season^ The other pair that I love are the PVC Ankle Boots, they're clear plastic on the sides with a black section down the middle. I love the chunky heel and mid height to these - we've been having a lot of PVC boots recently, and I'm liking these the best so far! The store has just one bag, the Heart Bag, which I adore! It's a sweet handheld piece, it's black with colourful heart details and gold metal-wear, I think this will be super fun to style, and I hope others give it a chance too. There's no jewellery or sunglasses in this release, which is a little disappointing, but there's enough for me in the shoes and bag =)
Clothing The clothing pieces don't have a clear theme or flow to them it seems, but I think they're a fab mix of styling ideas and colours and fabrics. There's a lot of PVC/leather-style pieces, not so much my thing, but I really like the idea of them, I think the PVC Blue Shirt could be a good one to style in terms of versatility. There are some very cute dresses and one-pieces, I'm super impressed with these - I love the Tulle Shirt Dress, it's a classic in white and I like the deep V into the dress length, the hemming is super cute and the piece is totally up my street^ Also very much liking the look of the Longsleeves Jeans Dress, I don't wear denim a lot like this, but this looks a good style, I like the oversizing and the wide neckline. And lastly the Puff Sleeve Jumpsuit, totally different to other pieces we've had, it's more of a playsuit style with shorts on the bottom. The puffed sleeves just to the elbow is a nice touch, only not so sure about the stitching detailing, but it really looks a great piece =) There are 2 tops to mention, the very smart looking Tucked In Blue Shirt, a style which is proving popular around the site so I know this piece will do well, and then the neon green Balenciaga Inspired Wrap Top, which fits the doll beautifully and actually looks very flattering - I like the scarf portion around the neck too. The bottomhalves are total winners though, big thumbs up from me^ There are 2 great skirts, the Heart Skirt, which is a knee length piece, half sheer with a fun glittered heart pattern, and then the PVC Orange Skirt, which is a wrap style in a quilted texture, it's a bold piece and I think it's got great potential. Saving the best for last, the Balenciaga Inspired Flowy Trousers, they're just the dreamiest - I love a pair of black trousers, but these just look so individual! I love the waistline of them, higher on the hips than around the stomach, and the shape of the leg is stunning. I really think they stand out against other pairs and I'm super excited to wear these =)
Prices This release ranges from 16 to 55SD with only one item at the top end, this is pretty much on par with previous releases. Nothing in the collection is limited to SS or Royalty members, the only limit is the time, the collection is only in the Plaza from 15th-17th February!
Features I bought quite a few pieces, so I'll show my looks another time and focus on these great stylings from you guys =) First up hlnnax wearing numerous pieces from the release, the Tucked In Blue Shirt, Leather Waist Belt, PVC Ankle Boots and Heart Bag and I think they look great together, I'm especially loving the plastic skirting with the belting and the boots, that's super fun and I think it's been done very nicely =)
The earth tones in this look from Isabella8103 styling the Puff Sleeve Jumpsuit look great! It's super creative stylings like this that make me wanna buy the piece^ The belting gives a great shape to the body and the tone of the snake print skirt is very fitting. Love the boots matching the belting, it's fun and the brown and black are fabulous together^
Thirdly something a little lighter, Marta32222 wearing the Tulle Shirt Dress. I love it layered up with these matching white trousers, it fits very nicely into the blazer-dress trend^ The details in the piece do manage to still stand out, and overall the look has been accessorisied well, love the glasses, bag and the faux fur stole!
And rounding off the features, millaxx wearing the Longsleeves Jeans Dress in a super minimal way. Alike the last look, it's also layered on top of white trousers and I find that really highlights the features of the denim to me. Love the baby blue shoes at the bottom and the silver jewellery, the long necklace is perfect for the neckline of this dress =D

R U N W A Y | Release Review
We've had a brand new Runway release! It's the right time for it with all the fashion weeks happening and about to happen so we're all set to go for our front row seats =) It's always fun seeing what pieces Stardoll have picked, so lets dive in!
Highlights The store has 2 small floors, a total of 7 looks, with one of those for the guys - there's a pretty glamorous vibe to the pieces, with a focus away from everyday-type stylings. The store features a selection of designers or brands, but mostly ones we've had in the past.
Accessories There are 3 pairs of boots in this release, all inspired by Balmain. The Balmain Inspired Silver Booties and the Balmain Inspired Transparent Booties are pretty close in style, both have a perspex section over the foot, the Transparent Booties are ankle height, but then the Silver Booties extend up the leg with a silver metallic material. I wanted to like these boots, but I don't like the look of them on my doll, so I'm passing on these two - I do however like the Balmain Inspired Yellow Tip Boots, which I featured on this months Wearing post, these are much more more, they seem a little more versatile being all in black, and the yellow toe is such a stylish addition^ There are 2 bags in the release, the Balmain Inspired Clutch Bag which really is an over-shoulder pastel style, I'm gutted that I missed out on this because it looks amazing and the perfect piece for spring! Then there is also the Balmain Inspired Disco Bag which is a round boxed piece in black and white, I really like the shape of this one. There is also a belt, the Alexander Vauthier Inspired Satin Belt, and an earring, the Oversized Pearl Earring which sold out super fast, but I've really not seen many people styling.
Clothing The first floor of the store is really all about the dresses - there are 3, the Alexander Vauthier Inspired Blazer Dress which is a cool longline take on the usual blazer dresses, it's also much thicker in material and seems more blazer like than dress, then there is the Jimili Monochrome Silk Gown with a cream 'shirt' to the top half and then a black split ballgown skirt on the bottom and has some super cool belting too, and finally the Balmain Inspired Broken Glass Tunic, a mini sparkly piece in cream and sheer sections, it's definitely a little out there for styling, I can't see it having much versatility but I'm sure someone will be up to the challenge of it! I'm definitely more a fan of the second floor where there are some super amazing co-ord sets =) I love both of them, the Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Jacket and Pants, these are lavender leather ... I mean that is something so stand out! The Pants seem very versatile to me, the Jacket is a little more quirky and cool with a large collar and cropped length - I do love the sleeve style though. And then there is the Christian Siriano Inspired Polka Dot Blazer and Trousers, these are just the sweetest^ Such a feminine set, but stylish at the same time, the Blazer has a beautiful fit on the doll and the Trousers are classic with a high waist and wide leg, really love these items =)
Prices The release ranged from 35 to 113SD's which is very much within range of the previous releases. The store is a limited one, but no pieces are SS or Royalty only.
Styled Outfits Next my stylings! In the first look the Christian Siriano Polka Dot Trousers styled super minimally with a feminine flair with the frilled sleeves and cute pink bag and glasses - the trousers definitely have a pink hint to them so I think there's plenty of options down that route, while the black dots give space for the jacket and belt to fit too^ Secondly the Christian Siriano Inspired Polka Dot Blazer in an outfit that I really love! I'm all on board of this tucked style for blazers, this one works well with the black trousers fitting with the dots. I kept the dotted theme with the shoes, I love this combination for sure, I'll be pairing this blazer and shoes again in the future =) And lastly the Balmain Inspired Disco Bag which I really struggled with, completely love the look of it in store and sitting in my suite, but as soon as I tried it on my doll I couldn't get anything to work perfectly, this outfit stays simple and I do think it works but I'm not in love yet, so I need a little more time with this piece to make it work better for me!
Features So many great features to show you! First up Achrome wearing the Alexander Vauthier Inspired Blazer Dress, the accessories really make this piece, I love the additions to the pockets and the necklace in the neckline. The belting is a great fit for the piece and I love the black in the shoes and the hat, really adds to the look. Of course the long silky hairstyle is an excellent component to the styling =)
Next up a few stylings with the Balmain Inspired Yellow Tip Boots, firstly from Jesica_1998, going for all black with the clothing - these wider neck of the boots are perfect for the looser fit of the trousers, and I like the use of this cool body on top. The yellow really pops out and looks good against the pop of red in the belt bag^
And secondly in the Balmain Inspired Yellow Tip Boots, and also the Alexander Vauthier Inspired Shorts, is marta32222 looking very cool - I like the pairing of the Boots with the blazer, the flashes of colour are great together. The headband and veil look super sleek and I like the delicate jewellery in the V of the blazer !
Something super light now, Mia1435 wearing the Christian Siriano Inspired Polka Dot Blazer, also tucked but this time with a perfectly matched skirt, it's such a cute pairing^ It's kept very simple yet chic with minimal black accessories and a slicked back hairstyle, I really love it, less really can be more and it's perfect on this occasion =)
And now for all the lavender! Isabella8103 wears the Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Pants and keeps the lavender throughout the whole look. The fluffy top adds a lighter touch to the leather of the trousers. Love the perspex mules and the dinky silver shoulder bag, and of course the lavender fringed earrings and the glasses combination look amazing, I'd totally go for this! And love the metallic touch to the lip colour, super pretty!
The Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Jacket is also popular, with the next 3 looks featuring it. Firstly, --kayley adding it to a white base with extra plastic pieces, I love the feel of this with the sheen of the leather, the details added with the skirt and belt are really great and the black is continued nicely in the bag and also the shoes - I love the neon green too, I think it's a nice touch that really works out =)
Next up also in the Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Jacket is Fergaysson styling it with jeans to give a more casual touch. The glitter boots are such a great choice, they're totally what I would pick for this Jacket too^ I really love the bag in the look, the dark section perfect with the jeans and the ruffle detail great with the jacket. Also love the bling in the necklace^
And then finally rob_sef7 styling both the Christian Siriano Inspired Leather Jacket and Pants, looking very fashion forward! The white boots give a retro touch and the design of them is absolutely perfect with the trousers. I like the use of the black bag and glasses to give a darker touch to the outfit, again there's some neon green with the gloves, it works! It's fun to see the same touch added in 2 looks, definitely a trend to keep an eye on =D

Metallic bronze
What a sleek metallic brown look today from Isabella8103, I love the surprisingly glamorous feel to this colour! The blazer and skirt are perfect together, it's unbelievable that they weren't made as a set, the sheer fabric of the skirting looks great and means the colour isn't too heavy. All of the accessories are perfectly fitting, the belting is beautiful and the metallic strapped heels are super pretty. Also love the earrings and the bold beauty styling =D

Designer baby
A day for designer in this styling from Isabella8103, it's fabulous and ready to celebrate Christmas Day! This slinky dress looks fantastic, it's been dressed up perfectly, the brown tones stand out and look so good^ I love the furry wrap around the wrists and the hips, it looks good and highlights the shaping of the dress. I also love the Gucci boots, those are fantastic in the look, I'm annoyed at myself for not buying them! And the Louis Vuitton bag is a great fit too, the tones and prints are perfect for one another. Hair and beauty is also spot on, super sleek =)

2015 / / T R I B U T E S R E V I S I T E D
W I N T E R 2 0 1 5
Time to look back at another set of Tributes - back to the winter of 2015! This season there were 4 releases, Balmain, Oscar De La Renta, Chanel and Saint Laurent - so a little mix of styles and designs while keeping some classic designers that we've had in the past. I definitely feel like these releases seem a lot more recent than 3 years ago! I don't think they're my favourite set of Tributes but there are some good pieces included that I've loved having =)
B A L M A I N
C H A N E L
S A I N T L A U R E N T
First up we got some more Balmain! There were quite a few very memorable pieces in this release, like the orange and emerald body, but I think a few of these have been 'lost' over the years with the turnover of members. There are some great basics in this release, like black tops and blouses and a great pair of black overknee boots, which have been well used by many members^ The release isn't the most everyday or easy to pair, which is why I think some pieces haven't had as much use in more recent times.
C H A N E L
Of course a Chanel release, and a definite good one at that! This had a lighter feel than the typical winter release, but there were some great layering pieces that have worked wonders for winter stylings^ This release had some great blouses, and along with the pretty bow heels, had great bags, a classic black Chanel bag is a perfect way to finish any outfit^ I also think these pieces were a great representation of their original RL counterparts, which is always a good thing in my mind. Definitely my favourite release of this Tribute season!
S A I N T L A U R E N T
And finally, the Saint Laurent release (although this can be found in your wardrobe or the Bazaar under Yves Saint Laurent as I discovered when compiling this post^)! This release has a more rock and roll vibe, but while it's not completely my style, I can always get on board with accessories - and that I did! This release had some great bags which I really liked re-discovering for these stylings, I definitely can't wait to wear them again! I don't see these pieces worn a lot around the site, so some rejuvenation could be good for them =)
And a feature - isabella8103 styling up the Mini Strapped Flower Dress in this sweet layered styling, all set for winter partying^ I love the ruffled hem added to it and I think it suits the layering with the pink very sweetly - the shoes and bags are perfect additions for the combination =D

Dotty for dots
Red is a great seasonal colour in this feature from isabella8103 today! This dress is what attracted me to the look for sure - it's a Hotbuy from the summer and being sheer it's a tricky one to style, but I quite enjoyed the challenge when I wore it and this looks fab too^ The light denim looks good beneath, the red dots are highlighted nicely against it. The cami top beneath is also a perfect piece, it covers the doll nicely and doesn't detract from the dress. The red accessories of course pull your eyes in all directions, I love the shoe combination and the earrings used =)

I T G I R L S | Release Review
It Girls is definitely one of my top stores, so I'm excited to have a new release for the autumn from them! The advertising looks super fun, I love the pink-hued background and I think the models look fab and are showing off some great styles from the release =)
Highlights This release is a regular size one-floor release for the store with 18 pieces available to choose from. It's very much themed on current trends and colours for the season - animal print is a popular choice and we're getting a little more than just leopard, which I love^
Accessories Some super fun accessories in the range with this release. There are two pairs of boots, but for me the High Heel Ankle Boots are the superior pair, the heel height is perfect as is the height up the ankle - of course the tanned snake print catches my eye. It's something we've definitely been lacking in the Plaza which is super popular in street style right now and I'm pleased we have these boots now! I also love the Faux Fur Bucket Bag, it's the only bag in the release, and again it's a bit of a trend piece that I'm not sure will be timeless, but it's fun for right now =) I love the tone of the yellow, it's definitely a pop of colour for looks. The Studded Belt is another cute piece, I think it will be super versatile.
Clothing The yellow pieces in the clothing sure do stand out! There are 4 of them - the Checked Miniskirt, On The Shoulders Yellow Sweater, Yellow Turtleneck Jumper and Frill Top. For me the latter two really pop out, while the Frill Top looks like it will be great in summer, the darker tone is a good one, and for my doll anyway, works well with the skintone. This dark shade also makes it work ok with darker pieces like blacks - I think this one will pick up some more popularity in the next spring and summer season, while the Yellow Turtleneck Jumper is great for now! Love the colour and the shape of it, plus the half-tuck, that's a super cute styling detail =D Of course animal print is the next feature of the clothing, with 3 pieces available in leopard and snake print - two skirts, the Animal Print Skirt in leopard which is pretty much a Stardoll version of the very popular Realisation Par one which is stunning, and then the Snake Print Midi Skirt, which is in snake print and a more muted black and white colouring which possibly might make it an easier piece to wear. I really like both pieces, I don't have a favourite and I'm excited to style them =) Then lastly is the Snake Print Shirt, which is cropped into a tuck style, has an unbuttoned V neck and cute rolled sleeves. I like the brown-based colouring for this piece, it looks like it will be pretty versatile for this season and I think it's a good staple to have in terms of animal printed pieces!
Prices The release ranges from 9 to 20SD's which I think is pretty good, there are also a couple of pieces to be had in SC's. And nothing is SS or Royalty only =D
Styled Outfits I loved working with these new pieces, I say that every time, but I really do love styling fresh items^ Again I've styled up the pieces I bought that aren't featured in the features below. First up the Frill Top and the Faux Fur Bucket Bag - this bag really works well with most looks to be honest, super fun to style^ I chose minimal black trousers for this look, I attempted some different colours, but nothing was quite right while the black added a smarter touch to the styling, and the other yellow accessories really tie the look together. Secondly the Yellow Turtleneck Jumper and High Heel Ankle Boots and I just love this outfit so much! Ok, the skirt makes it a little more summer to autumn than autumn to winter, but I just love the combination so much! The yellow works well with the boots and they really pop out with their darker tone and the length of the leg on show, super pleased with this and will definitely wear again! And finally the Snake Print Midi Skirt in a much darker styling than the first two looks, and definitely works into winter. The use of black in the rest of the look really highlights the printing on the skirt which I love, I think there's a lot of options for this piece in stylings like this^
Features And now for the features =D First we have Isabella8103 wearing the Animal Print Skirt in this very animal-based ensemble! I don't think it's too much at all, and even with the other prints, the skirt still attracts all of the attention. Love the belting combination, I think that works really nicely to split the top and skirt and the rest of the accessories are working it too - particularly loving the deep lip colour =D
Next up we have miss.privacy wearing the Snake Print Shirt as a layering piece which you can just see under the coat. It works really nicely in this look, the black base makes the browns pop and even the shirt still pops against the tone of the coat. Love the accessories in this one too, the boots are the perfect choice and those earrings are eye catching!
Thirdly is aby400 wearing the It Girls Bucket Hat in this perfect autumnal styling =D The hairstyle is perfect for the hat, the slickness on the top with the flick at the bottom looks great, and of course I love the clothing. The black base with the polo and trousers works great with the hat and the touches of brown are good for autumn^
And finally ClemenceMoss making use of one of the tweed pieces, the Textured Coat, in this smart styling! The colour of the tweed works well with the black and white shirt and skirt set, it looks super office ready^ I like the use of the quilting on the bag, it adds a Chanel feel to the tweed =)

R U N W A Y | Release Review
Brand new Runway! Starting off 'Fashion Month' we got a new Runway drop in the Plaza, unfortunately I was on holiday so couldn't be there for the release itself, luckily there were still pieces for me to pick up^ The advertising follows the same format as previous releases which I like and the models show off a range of clothing styles for the release =)
Highlights This release has 2 floors with 4 outfits on each including one for the guys. This is pretty much on par with our previous releases of the store. The first floor is definitely the blue based bright one while the second store has a darker vibe to it, maybe with regular autumnal dressing more in mind.
Accessories There is quite a generous number of accessories for the size of the store. There are 3 pairs of shoes; the Polka Dot Sandals which are super delicate in design which I love but was sad to miss. I didn't miss the boots though, which I was super excited about, I love both the Valentino Inspired Stud Boots and the Ganni Inspired Thigh High Boots! The Valentino's are heeled under the knee boots that just look so glamorous for a high boot, while the Ganni's are a smaller heel but have a great leather texture to them and a cool brown and black colour combination. There are 2 bags in the release, also loving both of them, the Assoulin Inspired Bucket Bag which has such a unique shape and is in the prettiest shade of pink, and then the Roksanda Inspired Striped Clutch which is styled similarly to a recent HB but has the most amazing fringing, beautiful colour combinations and a woven pattern, so much love for this piece, it's so intricate!
Clothing There's a pretty good mix of styles in the clothing of the release, I'm pretty happy with what there is. I usually start with dresses and these are pretty stand out in this store - I also don't normally wear gowns so why I panic bought them both is another thing, but they do look great on! The Assoulin Inspired Metallic Pleated Gown is a rainbow piece in a beautiful metallic tone, it's a maxi style with a halterneck and looks amazing on; the Valentino Inspired Dress is also a maxi but stops at the ankle, it's neutral with a pink floral design which is just super beautiful. It's knitted design is also pretty unique and stand out. Blue is popular on the first floor; really adore the pairing of the Assoulin Inspired Blazer and Pants, such a bright and bold fitted suit set. It looks smart and stylish, and I love the flare of the Pants. Also love the pieces with the orange printed Assoulin Inspired Blouse, a perfect piece^ Also pretty bright is the Balenciaga Inspired Cropped Sweater in a lime green and furry texture - I didn't like this one so much at first, but actually I really think it has grown on me, so a shame it's not still available. Of course I have to mention the skirt it's paired with in store, the Balenciaga Inspired Pleated Skirt which is a beautiful knee-length navy pleated piece with belting ... just beautiful!
Prices The prices for this release range from 25 to 125SD's, which seems about right for the pieces. It is a limited store, although there are still a few bits and pieces left, and a couple of pieces were SS only.
Styled Outfits I panic-bought quite a lot in the app with this release - oops! And because I wasn't able to snap as many features I've styled up two sets of looks, and plan to do a separate post with the bags next month too^ First up the shoes! Love the colouring on the Ganni Inspired Thigh High Boots so much, and love them with yellow^ Tried to step away from summer stylings a little, and although the colour of this overcoat works very well with the boots I think it covers them up a little too much, but the outfit works nevertheless. Love this striped bag with the boots too, the muted tones are perfect. For the Valentino Inspired Stud Boots I went for this pearled blazer-dress because I love the combined studded look - I've left the look too plain though, while I've added bags it's definitely lacking something!
Next up the dresses, which I'm not sure I'll ever get too much wear out of! On the left is the Valentino Inspired Dress, which I'm super pleased with how it looks on the doll, so pretty and elegant! I layered a pair of pink shorts underneath and that's worked very nicely for the sheer-ness of the piece, other pink accessories came naturally too - all I'm missing is the perfect pair of earrings^ Secondly the Assoulin Inspired Metallic Pleated Gown. I really did try to style this into a creative outfit, but nothing was looking very good to me, so I went natural with it and wore it how it was intended with just a clutch to match - the bag works very well, but I think I need an outfit with more to it than that! Despite loving it as a piece, I think it's just one that's not for me =(
Features And a couple of super cool features - first up frankieiz12 wearing the Assoulin Inspired Blouse which looks amazing with these spotted trousers, what a match! The blue patterning really pops out against the orange. The layered accessories are cool, love all of the different usage of bags, they all work equally well, can't get over this belt bag^
Secondly Isabella8103 styles up both the Ganni Inspired Thigh High Boots and the Roksanda Inspired Striped Clutch in this perfect autumnal styling - these colours are beautiful! Both pieces are perfect with these yellow culottes, all very complementary together, and I love the pink in the bag working with the pink in the glasses. The brown coat and belting are also pretty perfect with the yellow and are spot on for the season!
