This look started with trying to style these obscenely expensive red Limited Edition heels, which are a lovely, vibrant shade with classy pearl accents (not that it excuses how expensive they are!)
I pulled this coat out because it has a slightly pearlescent sheen (see where I'm going with this?) and the rest sort of fell into place - the silky headscarf, the pearl and gold earrings, the fluffy bag. These elements make good contrast with the punchy red and the leather of the undercoat. A simple white dress make a simple ground upon which these features and layers can battle it out - just don't ask her to take her coat(s) off!
